Abstract:

The water chemistry data was collected by the citizen volunteers of the San Diego Citizen Watershed Monitoring Consortium on April 30, 2005 for the Coastal Snapshot day event. Monitoring has been conducted under a pending Quality Assurance Project Plan and Monitoring Plan. The Clean Water Act has many mechanisms built in that empower citizens to be involved in preserving and improving the health of the watersheds that they live, work and play in. SDCWMC / San Diego Coastkeeper Watershed Monitoring Program is a vehicle for citizen involvement and empowerment for the conservation of local waters and the improvement of water quality.

Purpose: This data provides results for surface water monitoring.
